Our systems are monitored 24 x 7, 365 days a year for any outages and anomalies that could cause interruptions for users and survey takers.

In the event of an outages or interruptions, our status page will update automatically.
Whenever we need to schedule some time for maintenance, we will send out a notification in the Q-Fi app and via email.
