Creating an account
Thank you for your interest in Q-Fi, before you can use Q-Fi you first need a user account.
When registering it's important to choose the correct product. We offer 3 products for different use cases; Q-Fi Surveys, Quanti-Fi and Quali-Fi.

Q-Fi Surveys
This is our more basic version which allows for up to 3 user accounts.
It's ideal for small teams of up to 3 people that do not need all the advanced bells and whistles, but need an easy to use platform, with a straightforward license that includes the standard survey questions, and reporting capabilities at a fair price.

Quanti-Fi or Quali-Fi Account
The Quanti-Fi and Quali-Fi accounts are primarily for larger teams or organizations that require more advanced features, more users and a robust solution for complex projects and reporting.
When registering on the website, this will send a request to our business team to connect with you to understand your requirements.
Once we've understood your requirements, we'll create an account with all the required features and send over your access information via email to the main admin.
From there the admin of the organization account will be able to create teams, assign permissions and add users.
