From any screen in the Q-Fi platform you can access the live chat feature, this is the bubble icon in the bottom right of your screen.
From the chat area you can quickly search for help articles or videos. If you don't find what you're looking for, feel free to ask for help in the live chat screen. Our AI assistant Ellie will respond if the data is available, otherwise, one of our support agents will respond.
