This month’s release is all about sharper workflows and smarter tools. Below is a quick snapshot of what we’ve launched and what’s coming soon.

Platform Updates This Month

1. Respondent Data & Advanced Filter UI Refresh
   We’ve updated the interface for managing respondent data and using advanced filters. The workflow is now smoother, cleaner, and easier to navigate, helping you drill into specific segments or QC data with fewer clicks.
   
   

2. Data Weighting Enhancements
   The Data Weighting module has been redesigned for clarity and ease of use. You can also now apply weighted data directly in both the Frequency view and the Report Publisher, making it much easier to compare raw vs. weighted outputs without jumping between tools.
   
   

3. SMS Triggers
   You now have the ability to automate SMS messages based on respondent actions or status changes. Whether it’s sending reminders, follow-ups, or custom notifications, SMS triggers make multi-mode fieldwork simpler and more coordinated.
   
   

4. Email & SMS Trigger UI Updates
   The interface for setting up both Email and SMS triggers has been refreshed to improve readability and reduce setup time. Configuring logic-based communications is now more intuitive and flexible.
   
   

5. Account Overview Improvements
   Admins now have access to a streamlined Account Overview module. It provides a clear snapshot of system usage, activity levels, and key account metrics, making management easier at a glance.
   
   

6. Rhoxi AI Improvements
   Rhoxi continues to evolve. We’ve made several under-the-hood upgrades to help it better understand context within survey scripts, improving its accuracy and reliability as a true co-pilot for survey programming.
   
   

Coming Soon

1. Text-to-Speech for IVR
   We’re adding automated voice generation for IVR questions. This will significantly speed up audio survey setup and reduce the need for manual recording.
   
   

2. UI & Process Improvements
   Expect further refinements to the platform’s user interface, along with cleaner workflows across several key modules—all aimed at improving usability and reducing friction.

3. Panel Management Enhancements
   

   Updates are on the way for our panel management system, including a refreshed UI and faster processes to help you organize members, manage attributes, and target respondents more efficiently.
