We’re excited to share the latest updates to Q-Fi. This release focuses on improving platform stability, expanding survey deployment options, and refining reporting capabilities—all designed to make your research workflow smoother and more efficient. We’ve also got a few exciting new features on the horizon, so stay tuned.


Enhancements and Fixes


Smoother Data Exports for White-Labeled Domains

We’ve resolved an issue that was causing some users to experience difficulties exporting data when using a custom white-labeled domain. With this fix, all users—whether on a standard or custom setup—can now export their data reliably and without interruption.


IVR Deployment Now Available

Our Interactive Voice Response (IVR) capabilities have officially launched! Organizations that require automated voice-based surveys can now use IVR to reach respondents through phone-based interactions. This feature is ideal for industries that rely on phone surveys to gather feedback quickly and efficiently. If your team needs access to IVR, reach out to our support team to enable it.


SMS Deployment Moves Out of Beta

After extensive testing, our SMS deployment functionality is now fully available to all users. Whether you're looking to distribute surveys via SMS for higher response rates or trigger follow-ups with respondents, this feature is now production-ready. SMS remains one of the most effective ways to engage audiences, and we’re excited to see how users incorporate it into their research strategies.


Improved Report Builder for Real-Time Insights

We’ve made several enhancements to the Report Builder, making it even easier to create and customize real-time survey reports. Users can now generate more dynamic and visually compelling reports, helping to transform raw data into actionable insights. Expect better visualization options and a smoother experience when building dashboards.


Faster and More Reliable Page & Question Duplication

Copying pages and questions within surveys is now much more efficient. We’ve refined this feature to ensure that duplications maintain their formatting and logic settings, saving you time when setting up similar sections within your surveys.


What’s Coming Next?


IVR & SMS Analytics Dashboard

With IVR and SMS deployment now available, we’re working on an analytics dashboard to provide deeper insights into respondent engagement. This dashboard will allow you to track delivery rates, response times, and overall effectiveness across these new channels.


MaxDiff Reporting Enhancements

We’re improving how MaxDiff (best-worst scaling) results are displayed in reports. These updates will make it easier to interpret preferences and trade-offs identified in your surveys.


SMS Triggers for Automated Messaging

In addition to SMS distribution, we’re introducing SMS triggers, which will allow you to send automated follow-up messages based on specific survey responses. This will be useful for customer experience studies, satisfaction follow-ups, and other targeted outreach initiatives.


Q-Fi Panel Management

A new panel management system is in the works, designed to help you recruit, manage, and engage survey respondents directly within Q-Fi. Whether you’re sourcing new participants or managing an existing audience, this feature will give you greater control over respondent pools.
