Added Custom Caller ID functionality for IVR calls, allowing you to use your own phone numbers as the caller ID for a more professional and recognizable contact experience.

Added the ability to limit how many calls are made per minute for IVR deployments, giving you better control over call volume and compliance with telephony regulations.
