Q-Fi Release Notes – V3.8.4

We’re back with another round of updates and improvements to enhance your research experience. The V3.8.4 release includes several performance fixes, design enhancements, and workflow upgrades across Q-Fi Surveys, Quanti-Fi, and reporting tools. 

Most of these changes are driven by your feedback, so  thank you for helping us build Q-Fi better. Below is a summary of what’s new and what’s coming soon.

Platform Improvements

Report Builder Enhancements
We fixed several saving issues affecting the new Report Builder to ensure smoother dashboard editing and publishing.

IVR & SMS Data Handling

We’ve improved how IVR and SMS data is displayed in both the data viewer and export modules, making it easier to view, clean, and analyze results from these channels.

IVR & SMS Analytics Dashboards

New dashboards are now available for IVR and SMS results within the reporting module. Quickly visualize and share key performance metrics.

Do Not Call (DNC) List Enhancements
Our DNC function now offers better prevention of calls and SMS messages to numbers listed in your custom Do Not Call list.

Question Design & Functionality Updates

Conjoint Question Design Refresh
We’ve implemented a cleaner, more modern layout for Conjoint questions. These design updates can be customized to fit your brand

MaxDiff Improvements
We resolved a few configuration issues and added new layout options to help you tailor your MaxDiff questions more precisely.

Ad-Test / Optimizer Enhancements

Display bugs have been fixed and question editing and reporting for this format have been improved for smoother setup and analysis.

Image Highlighter Fixes

Copying or duplicating highlighter questions between surveys now works as expected — no more glitches with image loading or interaction zones.

Deployment Tools

Email List Processing
We improved email list validation and processing when setting up email invitations. Larger lists should now process more reliably.
