1. Start a New Survey
- Navigate to New Survey: Start by creating a blank survey. Go to “New Survey” and select “Create New Survey.”
- Name Your Survey: Name the survey “NPS Demo” or “Demo 1.”
- Organize Your Survey: Optionally, save the survey into a specific folder and create tags for easy searching later.
- Set Language: Set the default language to English and click “Create” to proceed to the survey editor.
2. Create an NPS Question
- Find NPS Question Type: In the survey editor, use the search field to find the “NPS” question type.
- Input Question Text: Paste your question text, which you might have prepared in Microsoft Word.
- Configure Scale: Set the scale to 0-10 or whatever your question requires in the settings tab.
- Save Changes: Click “Save” to finalize the NPS question.
- Preview Question: Preview the question to see how it will appear from a respondent’s perspective.
3. Build a Report
- Access Data Analysis Module: Go to the Data Analysis module in Q-Fi.
- Create a Report: Select “Report Builder” and click on “Create Report.”
- Add NPS Tool to Report: Find and add the NPS tool to the report.
- Finalize and Save Report: Click “Save,” give your report a name, and it is ready.
