Can I export or edit the survey while it's live?

The short answer is Yes. However, if you are editing the survey and publishing updates, then this could impact respondents that are currently taking the survey. 

We always advise that you first pause or stop the survey before making any changes.

You can however, export data, create reports and edit quotas while the survey is active.
